Rechtbank Kentucky haalt rookverbod onderuit

Een rechtbank in Lexington, Kentucky heeft een rookverbod daar naar hogere rechters verwezen, hetgeen een uitsel van twee of drie jaar betekent.


Een opmerkelijke uitspraak van een rechter:
