Horeca verwacht problemen bij verbod rookruimtes

Het zou zo maar kunnen dat café’s binnen een maand hun rookruimte moeten opdoeken. Ondernemers maken zich zorgen over een verbod. “Straks zijn de terrassen aan de beurt zijn. Dan kunnen we geen kant meer op.”

Op 27 september doet de Hoge Raad uitspraak en wordt duidelijk of rookruimtes in de horeca definitief worden verboden. Anti-rokersclub Clean Air Nederland (CAN) eist dit verbod. Als rookruimtes inderdaad verboden worden, dan gaat het verbod nog diezelfde dag ­in.
