Het is zowel grappig als triest: in een parodie op TV-campagnes tegen roken wordt een oplossing aangedragen die rokers de mogelijkheid zou moeten geven om overal te blijven doorroken.


Het apparaat is een soort ruimtehelm of viskom met afzuiging:
