Bhutan geheel nicotinevrij vanaf 17 december

De Wereldgezondheidsorganisatie is er in geslaagd een klein land in de Himalya de kolder in de kop te bezorgen. Het bergstaatje wil als eerste land ter wereld geheel tabaksvrij zijn en maakt er haast mee: de verkoop van tabaksproducten wordt volledig verboden en per 17 december moeten bedrijven, hotels, restaurants en bars al hun tabaksvoorraden vernietigd hebben.


Dat wordt paffen geblazen!

 Das Himalaya-Königreich Bhutan will als
 erstes Land der Welt vollständig niko-
 tinfrei werden. Auf Anordnung der Re- 
 gierung werde der Verkauf von Tabakpro-
 dukten vollständig verboten, teilte das
 Gesundheitsministerium mit. Bis zum    
 17.Dezember müssten Geschäfte, Hotels, 
 Restaurants und Bars ihre Tabakbestände
 vernichten. Wer danach noch Tabak ver-
 kauft, muss mit einer Geldstrafe von   
 umgerechnet 175 Euro rechnen
