While FORCES does not disagree with the dissemination of true information on smoking, we most certainly object to the reference in this report on how education might be funded by U.S. states according to the model of California’s Proposition 99. Proposition 99 is immoral and regressive and should not be used anywhere, since it has been twisted and abused to force smokers to pay for hate propaganda, and intolerance tactics.
